Proof Restaurant is temporarily closed.  "Proof" Restaurant in South Beach presents an eclectic fusion of local, seasonal cuisine.  This South Beach landmark's signature dishes include the lobster and plantain crusted Mahi-Mahi with Asian pear Carpaccio and chimichuri, as well as, their popular spicy peanut Thai lollipop wings accompanied with fresh Asian slaw.

Proof has become one of South Beach's most sought-after private event spaces and restaurants with the excitement and diversion of your favorite entertainment bar. Proof restaurant's layout consists of a main dining room (seating 160), a private dining room (seating 40) and a walk in humidor Cigar Room (seating 15) offering unique whiskey's and cordials, as well as, an extensive wine and champagne list. 

The mahogany hues, warm candlelight and plush couches of the outdoor lounge blend perfectly with the Ocean Drive backdrop, creating the perfect place to sip a cocktail or sample a small plate off the inviting menu. A collection of the highest quality plasma TV's will be attentively laid out throughout the breezeway lounge/restaurant to serve the needs of the sophisticated sports fan. Reservations

Reservations are recommended although not required. Proof Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week and offers in-room service to hotel guests.
